Spring 2017 Market has Launched

This week, 21 houses came on the market in Newton.

Compare this to 11 last week.  And properties are going off the market faster than they are coming on.  33 houses went under agreement in Newton this week.

So far, it is still a seller’s market.  I don’t expect that will change until interest rates spike.
